Getting involved

The goal of SWIM is to organize interesting events on infectious disease modelling, epidemiology and biostatistics in the South-West of Germany on a regular basis. If you want to support us there are many ways:

• you can host an annual meeting in your institute, or help us organize it elsewhere.
• you can organize a topic meeting on your favourite infectious disease modelling topic.
• if you are organizing a conference anyway, you may be interested in running a session for regional early-career scientists.
• you can sponsor an event or point us to funding opportunities.

We have by now garnered some experience on running these events and are happy to support you. Don’t hesitate to get in touch at contact@swim-workshop.de.
